Shambhala 2017 Crew - Ben (The Volunteer Medic)

In episode 2 our Crew Appreciation series, we're shining light on Ben the Volunteer Medic, who gives some insight into a day in the life as medical staff during the festival, staying calm, constantly being challenged on the go, and how Shambhala Music Festival​ has transformed him and others to "drop down their guards and just BE themselves!"

Ben calls the Medical Team at Shambhala, one of the most efficient medical teams he's had a chance to work for. "Shambhala is setting the stage on what medical should be like for every festival. I mean our response time, we’re usually on someone within like 3 to 4 minutes of a call being in. As soon as it calls me, 30 seconds we’re gone. We’re on route!”
